Antonio Medina Art Artist Profile

Artist Tony Medina (Juan Antonio Medina), is a Dallas based artist. In 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts in Drawing from the School of Art at the University of Texas in Arlington.

He had a show at the Center for African Americans at the University of Texas where he displayed his life sized Kente cloth, commissioned a mural in the farmers market section of downtown Dallas, and illustrated a children’s book (The adventures of Gio&Lulu). The foundation he has built at the university has led Tony to excel in multiple mediums with the latest one being digital media. Attention to detail and a style that is modern hyper realism demonstrates his dedication and willingness to make sure every painting comes out the way the client wants it.
