5/5 stars - My artist, Rex, was wonderful! The painting turned out perfect! I am very old and have trouble with technology and Rex was very patient and kind and went the extra mile to make the painting just like I wanted, although I messed up when I tried to approve it. So Rex went in and fixed everything. I am so pleased with the painting as it is a gift and I will be so proud to give it to my sister . I would recommend Rex to anybody who wants a beautiful painting. It really meant the world to me that he went the extra mile. I really appreciate it! Job well done!

1/5 stars - Actually one of the worst experiences of my life. Spent $300 just to have the artist barely communicate, and have the painting arrive 2 weeks after it was supposed to. Then when the painting did arrive it arrived EXTREMELY poorly packaged. No protective wrapping or packing material in the box, the box was beaten up and was partly open. The painting itself was a mess, the paint was blotchy and you can smear it with a finger. Very poor quality considering how much was spent on the order. All that just for the artist to refuse to refund the money and claim the giant blotches of paint are “Brush strokes.” Absolutely disgusting behavior and I hope people take this review seriously cause this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
