1/5 stars - The artist was fine just not the style I wanted. So, I spoke to Chris Chen about a refund After several text messages he finally sent me the address of where I needed to return the painting. I did this in sept. I have sense sent several text messages to ask about the status of my refund. You can’t reach these people by phone the staff are just telephone zombies who cannot help you. I would advise anyone against using this company. The owner Chris Chen has been less than helpful. I now am getting total silence.
