1/5 stars - While the artist took a good while to work on this, sadly, the finished product looks nothing like the picture I provided. I don’t even resemble the person in the painting whatsoever. I made several requests for alterations but each time the revisions did not reflect what I was needing.

2/5 stars - I’ve tried to ask questions after I received the art and couldn’t get anyone to respond. Disappointing. There’s pencil marks on the edges. It came rolled and I don’t know how to flatten it.

2/5 stars - I expected an artistic interpretation of the photos I sent. Instead, I got a half-hearted attempt to copy them. The artist could not even center his attempt. The figures are oddly skewed to one side. I am no professional, but I believe I could have done as good a job -- or better -- myself. I think I was conned. This attempt was not worth the money I spent.
