ROP Artist Profile

Rafael Olivera (ROP), is a graphic artist from Montevideo, Uruguay.

From his very early days, the main thing that he's been doing was drawing… that was his first love. When he was a kid/teenager, he took oil and drawing lessons from local artists. Then, he studied and graduated as a Graphic Designer in ORT University.

For over 15 years he's been working as a designer, using his artistic skills for his job, and always trying to improve his techniques.

Rafael specializes in pencils, watercolor, indian ink, oil painting and charcoal. He likes doing landscapes, animals and figure drawing. He's also a lot into comics, as he is a great fan of them.
