Mridula Raman from Berkeley Heights,
★★★★★ • We were absolutely thrilled with the final painting! This was an anniversary gift for our parents, and their jaws dropped. We're so glad we had this piece done by Xiamen Dearchic Arts/Ms. Alice Wu.
Molly Spaniel from Portland,
★★★★★ • Thank you Joy. I love my painting. It is absolutely perfect and it was a delight working with you.
Jonathan Lokey from Greenville,
★★★★★ • What an amazing job. The artist captured our son’s facial expression, emotions perfectly. We live our portrait, and look forward to working with her again!
Shirlene Robertson from Flushing,
★★★★ • The artist work was great, however response times varied. I was not aware my painting would ship from China let alone take 45 days to be painted, shipped and delivered. The artist was suggested by the company and was stated that the painting would be completed within 7 days , however 7 days turned into 2 1/2 weeks. The painting is still in the process of being shipped. Customer service for this company is horrible you can only email once you have an assigned artist. Due to the time difference between China and the US when I received a response from the artist it would be at midnight CST. The company continued to make excuses as to what stage my painting was in responding in an unprofessional manner.
